Duties
Greet the customer and explain to them the features of the Deposit Image ATM.
Assist the customer with any issues they may face during their transaction.
Refer the customer to banking center personnel with account issues/concerns;
Contact ATM Network Support with technical problems;
Hand out point-of-sale ATM marketing information to customers that are using the ATM, but not making a deposit (e.g. information for future reference);
Participate in a 30 minute conference call to provide feedback from your experience.
